It is really strange, but happens all the time. Someone in a loud band asks ANY question and the majority of responses is 'you need to turn down and like the same kind of gear and music I do.'
Ok gents, since my Bassic has two inputs, is it ok for me to have one 8 ohm bass head hooked up to one input, and one 8ohm guitar head hooked up to one of the inputs. Trying to simplify and only have to swap the cord from the last pedal from head input to the other head input. And down the line if I can set up a line splitter and some loopers is it ok to run both at the same time if I don't go over the watts.

Thank goodness not all Tele pickups are not icepicky, because that is such a comfy guitar shape to me. Always want some type of Tele around the house, who am I kidding I want a few teles with different pickup combos lol.
Man another stumble on a band that probably everyone already knows lol. I will always be palying catch up on this scene but the little knew to me discoveries keeps it fun for me.

The first head you turn on will kill the other and maybe itself.
Or nothing could happen depending on the amp. The probability for failure is very high.

Beating a dead and decomposed horse here, but as awesome looking/sounding as T-40s are, they are heavy as fugg. A one hour set? No prob. Beyond that and it's sore shoulder city.
That was my fear. So the two jacks are just to pull more watts out the same head, right? It just messes with my head when I see two output jacks on a head and two input jacks on a cab. Now if one was a 1/4 and the other a speakon I get that you can use what you have that matches head to cab. Sorry for the dumb questions.

The solid state amp will "see" the output transformer of the tube amp as a dead short. Some solid state amps will protect themselves others will melt.
The tube amp might lose its OT or the problem could be worse.
The other direction is beyond my knowledge. Only had two years of EE. That is a question for folks who finish.
No dumb questions. MI equipment has been poorly documented and standardized from the beginning.
Cabs have multiple jacks normally for connecting multiple cabinets together in parallel.
Two wires from one head to one cab will share the same load as one cable would have. No additional wattage, because its the same load.
