yeah that was the only way i could keep my doom cred up. a wall of 1x8 combos. im now the brian may of the doom circuit, without a 70s perm.

Do they have a ferry in Milwaukee to take you across to Michigan? Grand Rapids is like directly across, Max if that was the case you should see if Julian would let you try his stable of green boy cabs.
Or just take the ferry cause interstate ferry hopping sounds fun.

Not sure if the ferry runs in the winter. Either way I dont think it is faster/cheaper than driving.
Ferries are expensive in general and tend to move pretty slow. It was cool taking them between England and Ireland, but they were not cheap by any means.

I'm playing through a cement mixer now. Not as portable as your wimpy wood cabs, but it's LOUD.
my dream rig is 4 of those giant movie theater subs hooked up to 4 1000 watt tube amps, with transformers made out of crushed up cars blocks.
Sounds good for bedroom practice, but what about gigs? I'm thinking about scaling up to just dropping pianos on people.
