Elephant Tree

Yeah, I dig that Elephant Tree band.

On another note. You guys ever feel like you've read every thread TB has to offer. It seems like 85-95% of all threads on TB are just trolling. Anymore I just read this one and watch the classifieds.

I honestly never look at the outside TB unless someone here posts a link or on the even rarer occasion you guys can't answer my questions.

Moved a fridge(the appliance) and some other stuff this weekend.
I have to say those things arent meant to be moved. Next time I'm selling it with the house.
Doing that kind of thing Saturday really took the wind out of my sails the rest of the weekend. Looking forward to sitting in a car about 8 hours today.

I got the call about a half hour before getting off work Friday that the ol' ladies little sister's apartment was ready to move in and can we bring the bed we are giving her over tonight. Which really meant go to her Dad's and move her sister in. Which is fine but out of the blue was a bitch to say the least. Didn't eat till 10:30 after all the moving and putting together the futon and setting up the tv's. While she never put the doors or windows open or the ac on and it was in the upper 70's lower 80's outside so it was a pure sauna inside. Only upside was her super hot friend MK was there and rocking tights again. So sore back and weather induced killer migraines the rest of the weekend, happy happy happy, joy joy joy

So we had one of the best heavy show lineups in a long time. Only about 30 people came out. We paid the other bands (as much as we could). Overall, great fun. Just wish more people had came. There is so much talent coming out of the Rockies.

Used the P bass with the full rig. Was immensely loud.

So Colorado April tourism is about to pick up. Anyone coming out here? I could imagine a pilgrimage of sorts, but I dontknow what people outside of Colorado think about it.

King Tuff + Father John Misty came through Iowa City last night. At first I thought it was an odd pairing but it made for a great show with the contrasting styles. Tuff is awesome, just no-bullsh!t power trio fuzzed-out pop rock. Sold out show, hot crowd. Drums and guitar sounded huge but bass was just a thud under the mix.

i think i got kicked out of the bdsm electro clash band, they accidentally sent me a text about practice and then sent another saying i wasn't supposed to receive the practice text, whatever, just as well my new gf can make all the beats and samples anyway and her 15 year old daughter has all these sweet keyboards too

May be coming out to Denver Aug 5-9 on a family trip, not sure yet. Never been to Colorado so I'm pretty excited. I've already done the legal weed thing in Washington so it's not really about that, I just really want to see Colorado.

Best vacation I ever had was Colorado. Absolutely beautiful country, cool people. Kinda laidback liberal version of Texas.
I'd go back given the opportunity. Which is more than I can say for Texas.
