My dually I believe is screws/wood too like auspex. Mine had a farty faital and had to get it repaired. A couple screws weren't so firmly anchored, but time will tell if that will need to be revisited and looked at.

It's going to need all new screws on all corners...I have seen how the speakers are mounted and don't give me a good vibe now that all the buzzing I've had is related to shallow screws, or improper mounting.
This thing HAS to be road worthy...even just being dragged to local shows once a month. Would be great if it was a staple in my studio.

can you explain the basis for the EQ? i'm slowly trying to learn about all these. the most useful EQ i've used was a blueline SVT which i believe had the baxandall style bass/treble (they felt like they were truly "individual" rather than linked) and an active mid and a mid shift so i could dial in the fuzz properly and not mess with my guitarist. is this basically the same thing?

Yeah, it's a 2 band Baxandall type EQ, along with an active mid and mid frequency shift.

It was really important to me to have that EQ for this. The whole concept is a rock solid, loud pedal platform. I wanted to keep everything as simple and effective as possible.

yess that's basically what i want as well. we have an abundance of big tube heads over here but they have shoddy marshall EQs, i'm just going to get them modified to accept output from an external preamp so i can have lots of clean tube power.

Friggin yikes. Town was skirted by tornadoes all afternoon. All well here though my younger daughter was pretty shaken up.

As usual with tornadoes in the OKC greater metro area, the storm soon blew to Moore, a town that is decimated by twisters every spring. I don't understand why anyone lives there or has a business there, unless maybe it's a natural disaster cleanup business.

I bet a Ric bridge pickup/cthulu/Marshall head would sound great.
my rockmaster is a louder more versatile jcm800 copy and it sounds great with my bronco and strat. I want a fuzz face. Leela dipped into my gas fund so got to recover some, and get the danelectro and sell the strat.

I'm looking for something heavy, built like a tank and with humbuckers. I've played jazz basses all my life and I will always be married to the jazz, but I need something with that DOOM thickness. The Peavy T-40 is all the rage right now but I'm just curious about what else is out there from that strange time in the 70's and 80's when there were so many designs breaking away from tradition. Thanks!

Please let me know how I can help...All my cabs have been good for more shows than most people ever play and I would never skimp on anyone else's...bass cabs have stuff that comes loose no matter what, but I have no issues other than routine stuff that is similar to any cab I've ever owned

Allergies can suck it this year even more. They trigger migraines for me so it is a double whammy for me this spring. a trick that works for me is to take one Excedrin Migraine(generic works fine) when I get up and it chases off some of the sinus swelling and eases up the sinus headache and has been stopping me from getting a full blown migraine, so it might work for you guys even better.
