We had a fantastic show at the downtown lounge last night. They got a new guy running sound out front, he made us bring our stage volume down pretty considerably, but it was the best stage mix we've had for sure. Almost flawless set, tons of complements on my tone and vocals. All in all a major ego boost after the major screw up that was our last show there.
That's kickass. I may have asked, but what's the name of your band? Won't be moving up that way anytime soon it looks like, but I do get to town fairly often. Maybe it'll sync up sometime and I can check you guys out.
Pretty good practice today, we always seem to do less than was planned, though. The third track is coming along nice, although it doesn't really seem to sound stonery or doomy. Heavy and psychedelic - yes. Stoner or doom - well, I don't know.
