I don't normally post in here but in a bass player mag Troy Sanders recommend 3 albums and one of them was Times of Grace and it took me a while but I eventually got into it and man was it worth the effort, still haven't heard it with the Tribes of Neurot over it but now that I'm reminded about it I'm going to find a copy.

I thought about doing black, but everyone's got a black rack case, I kinda wanted something unusual. I'm leaning towards purple as well.
Also Yeah I'm super pumped about the mostly harmless. I plan on making a pair of matching cabs after I finish the rack. case
If I had that mostly harmless, Id totes run it into a CS800. May not be thousands of watts but itll hurt people (and your back) and never break.
Nervous day.. Our kid got assessed at school a few weeks ago, and it was decided to bump him up into 2nd grade. Today is his first day in the new class and its weird to do it mid year. Im REALLY hoping the little fella finds new friends in there and feels at home. Being a kid can suck if you have the wrong other kids around you.
So I've been doing some theory research or some less smart version of that. I've come up with this idea for my Ibby SG.
Basically DADGAD can quickly be Open D minor, or open D by just changing the g string, and open E by capo'ing the 2nd fret with open D. Wide range of styles and things can be learned with just a little change.
Lap Steel really needs a better set of strings, I think a .56 set of d'addition chromes I have would be kinda cool. Real straight to the point tone without noise or any harshness. Stands above things.

I've been running it through a carvin dcm3800l. So far it's been great but I have yet to really get out and unleash the fury through it yet.

I got put in the smart kids classes in 4th grade through junior high. I was fine, still kept my regular friends - the rest of the class however, a lot of them didn't do so great socially. Nerds with inflated egos can really be their own worst enemies sometimes.
