I am lusting hard for an Electro-Harmonix Bass Micro Synth, maybe the ol' lady will stumble on a used one for me for Krampusmas.
Used 4-pros go for anywhere between $650 and $1200. Good preamp, ass-tons of SS power in the power amp section. Really though, for the money you can snag a used SVT-CL or 2-pro. Unless you want the dual channel bridgeable power amp or need 1200W then I'd pass.
I probably should of wrote Electro Harmonix Bass Micro Synth. I actually really dig the fuzz on it from the videos I saw. But that is probably crazy to spend that for fuzz. Would the Behringer get me there with throwing some fuzz at it?
Will probably snag one of those next payday. No use for it in the current band, but it would be fun to play around with. I also want to try plugging one of my poopy yamaha keyboards into it, turn the garbage 80s sounds into a fat analog-sounding synth. Could be pretty cool.
The Behringer is actually superior to the Boss, IMO. Better low tracking, better filtering, some features the Boss doesn't have, 1/3 the price. The footswitch on the Behringer fugging sucks, though. I'm using a pretty rad long sweep on it right now in one song on a bigass, noisy chorus.

Yeah that is much, much cheaper. And it has an expression input. Micah will love that, he usually grimaces at pedal review videos I watch, but gets a poopie ass grin on his face when I play the synth pedal videos. Like yeah get that one, get that one.
You need to get @CL400Peavey in there to straighten those mambsy-pambsies out!
I saw the mooer Sweeper is a bassballs clone with all the trim pot mods already done. Missed a local one for $30 by a day.
I think the tender octave, my Goya volume, the new fuzz and a sweeper filter could get close to a BMS.
The Emerald fuzz is not a fuzz factory clone after all, it's a weird semi mix of a full-tone 69 and 70 with extra gain options.

I have been training a new guy at work (kitchen). I have pointed out repeated that he does a few things that will end up getting someone else burned. Told him if I caught him doing those I was going to burn him back... Guess he didn't believe me... When he indignantly asked me why, I told him it was a reminder that he needs to listen, and think ahead.
A hot sizzle plate is an incredible motivator is applied correctly.
Nah... Penalty for fighting is a brand from me. Dishwasher and my pantry guy got in to it. They both got firm reminders from me.

That's a damn good deal, but if you think you are gonna get a decent acoustic guitar sound from a semi-hollow...what I'm trying to say is, it won't happen. 335-ish guitars sound quite a bit more (to my ears and IME) like an unplugged solidbody electric than they do an acoustic.
