Stoner/Doom Bassists Thread, Part 90: Maxed Out

I am hiding from the crowd a the Yankee Candle factory LMAO at the Coldplay jokes, made my day. Krampus movie in 29 minutes!

Literally just got home from Krampus. Decent movie, pretty much what I expected. I will say the German parts were nice (I speak fluent German) and unlike many films, the German was spot on. Even when it was the exposition type stuff in German, nailed it. The movie itself was solid (for what it is, I didn't expect cinematic breakthroughs etc.) and a fun film to see. If you like horror/comedy stuff and/or wacky Christmas movies, it's worth a shot. Also didn't hurt that my local theater has a yearly "Cans Film Festival" where you can bring in 5 canned goods to donate and get free ticket. So I got to see the movie for about $2.50! Definitely worth that much!

Quad duallies would invoke immaculate conception. I don't know if I would stack them sideways vertically or run two separate stacks. I do know the thought has left me needing a change of scivies.

Tonight we close for a School of Rock showcase. My guitar player is one of the head instructors at one of our local schools, so from time to time we close out the night. These are my favorite shows. It's fun playing stupid loud with killer groups, but seeing all the kids have fun and rock out is really awesome. Plus we always get paid thanks to a lot of parents in attendance spiking the bar revenue and ticket sales,and a lot of the kids want shirts and stuff to boot.

With very few exceptions I dislike most rap & hip hop. Often I dig the beats and music but the lyrics and vocals kill it for me.

Also, kaaaavaaaaa.

Checkout the deluxe version of "Quality Control" by Jursassic 5, it has instrumental versions - good beats.

My grind. Its honestly the most comfortable bass I've ever owned. Balance neck etc. I really just want to finish my fretless. That needs a cash transfusion.
