I think it's just distribution, but I'm not 100% on that. As I understand it the brand isn't going away, but Korg won't be involved with them anymore. So Ashdown's US distribution is about to shrink dramatically. Not sure about the rest of the world.

No idea yet, it's being shipped tomorrow, going to be here around Wednesday. Hope it's not VERY big, I don't have much free space on my pedalboard.
It's basically an A/DA, but cheaper.
