I picked this up yesterday to add some noise / ambient sounds into parts and maybe loop some noise between songs while we are tuning. Unfortunately I won’t be able to plug it in until Thursday.
Has anyone done a doom version of "nights in white satin?" If not, that needs to happen.
I did the whole setup tonight and I'm initially feeling a little bit better about the chrome B string. The jury is still out, but I'm hopeful.

I have the 1. It’s nice, sounds great and reasonably versatile. It’s a dark sounding pedal though; for me it’s a bit too dark with my already dark clean tone. YMMV.
I got to open my presents on Christmas eve this year. I'm totally in love with this pedal. It sounds better than I ever imagined.
@rutrho : At this time, I can only say that I desperately seek the fruits of your labors. The joys that pushing three different distortions into a tube preamp brings me only hint at the joys that being able to route two distortions into three distortions could bring, or the pleasures that could come from routing three distortions into two, and forcefully inserting the results into said preamp. I can only assume the results would be glorious. I do not want you to forsake other temporal pleasures to fulfill my needy requests, and I admonish you to never do so. But my imagination reels in anticipation of the layers of textured distortion and fuzz that might be available. I am sure that if I spoke to my bandmates about such fantasies, they would dismiss me as a madman, and think that I had surely lost all sense available to a human. The philistines have already decided that I use too much gain most of the time. Nonetheless, I still think on it.
With all of the enthusiasm of Tarzan when he first saw Jane: Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukkah, Kwayzy Kwanzaa, a tip-top Tet, a solemn dignified Ramadan, and even an enjoyable solstice festival -- should your faith be based on the obvious logical choice, stellar observations.
