Is that the cliff burton wah? I have the Morley dual bass wah that I got on a steal from sweetwater but it has one knob and one button. Way less options but I got it for $40 so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ but I like it.

In my experience the wah was like a beast that needed to be tamed, especially with the distortion that I like to keep on 24/7 if I'm playing doomier stuff. Give it some love and I'm sure you'll find some sounds you like.

It's essentially the same pedal, but its not the "signature model" that they re-issued a few years ago.

It's actually from their "20/20" or miniature line.....its the biggest pedal on my board....so I guess it's relative.

I was playing around with my Rumble Studio, I had a GK amp sim with a bit of drive. When I hit the fuzz it was incredible.

The 20/20 is 6ish x 4ish I think. I'm in love with it. I'm gonna rewire and organize my board tonight, I'll post a pic when im done so you guys can get a visual on the size.

So, my band was doing touch-ups to vocals and adding percussion, etc. to our latest recording last night. At one point, they decided I needed to ad-lib spoken word stuff over a track that had been instrumental heretofore.

I went out and related my feelings about a recent "went to work naked" dream over the track. The original idea was for me to rant (I am a minor artist in ranting when left to my own urges), but I decided to try to fit my delivery to the subdued mood of the track. I actually liked it on the rough playback. I'm partial to live-ish recordings, but I'm liking the relatively heavy studio work we're doing on this record.

According to Sweetwater it's 6 7/8 by 4 1/2. Here it is on my board with other pedals and dog included for scale....

While we're on the subject of pets, we've got three in my house. My fiancée and I adopted the puppy next to my pedal board a few months ago. Her name is Lily and she's a pro at the "sad eyes" thing dogs do.

Meanwhile, my parents have two cats. Wasabi was the first to be adopted, he's been with us since last fall.

And this summer, my folks adopted another cat named Raven. Despite being shy, she took up residence on top of one of my amplifiers and she loves laying front of the speaker of my practice amp when I'm not using headphones.
