Cab I shouldn't have bought. Great cab though makes my Valve Jr sound massive, in a tiny DOOM way.

New full wall of peavey pic tomorrow night. I'm also gonna open it up and see what speakers are in it.




And the mastered tracks are perfect, I wouldnt change a thing, its ready for plastic and wax. My drummer has the very picky ear though, well see if he likes them.

The guitarist in my old black metal band had that cab and matching amp. Ridiculously loud. Too bad he turned into a douche.

Hey all. Liquid diet today, then at 3:00 I start the weapons grade/full-on toxic event laxative for my anal invasion tomorrow. Good times, good times.
In all seriousness, I would have been a lot more cavalier about getting this done, but a buddy of mine got the Big C in the colon a couple of years ago, and now has a bag. So, I'm gonna get this s**t checked out pronto.
I had a heart catheter done last year, so the ticker's good, the lungs have been smoke free for over a decade, so I'm not sweating them, and the cholesterol is medically controlled, so I should be fine there.
All that said, I will now get run over by a bus.

I'm a big fan of the ODB3, lots of people hate it but that's ok, just means its cheaper for me.

I should never of sold my modded one. I was watching vids of the Blower Box last night and it sounded like the modded ODB3 I had, argh!

I like (the other) joe play both guitar and bass (though not nearly as his level probably) so if a pedal can cop tones for both awesome.

I try to buy all my pedals based on them working on both guitar and bass. Have your Dad or you mod up an cheap used Bass ODB-3 and you will dig it on both. The only pedal I have now that doesn't work well on guitar is the Fender Sublime Fuzz but probably what makes it so great on bass. And the old school fuzzes I have had usually sucked arse on bass. Like Low F said I don't really care for the Rat tone when not in a band mix and since I am not in a band I sold of my VFE Alpha Dog. If I ever get playing I may end up hating the pedals/tone I have now lol.

theres a pair of Peavey 4X15 PA/Bass cabs I keep seeing pop up on CL for $400/pair. they are Scorpions instead of Black Widows else I would be all over them.

also I just blew, or should I say completely shredded a 15" BW in my PA system. such a sad sight to see

Got my root canal today. Gotta unload an 18 wheeler first though, my arm is still sore as f*ck from getting a TDAP booster too. Thursday is pain day! Having a second jam with a drummer I tried out a couple weeks ago, he took some time to learn some songs I sent him. Hopefully I'm not a total wreck for that.

Saw this last night searching for different guitar fuzz sounds. Great name. Digging this, the Black Arts Fnord, and the EQD Dirt Transmitter the most so far, but there is so much fuzz out there to choose from, but that gives me plenty of dorking out to effects vids on youtube time.
