The house looks decent, owners seem nice, hope we get it.
Also made my first sale on Reverb.com, so that's cool.

Yup I'm fancy like that.You and your houses.
That depends on where still at the moment.Rent = burning money
Own = making money
Itz ekonomiks mayn
Not really. The problem is people look at the purchase price and then what they sold the house for and think they've made money. The problem with this is no one looks at the financing cost. The interest you've paid over the years on your mortgage somehow is never calculated by the owners. Then add all the maintenance costs and renos you've had to put in plus fees and comissions to buy and sell a home and it is likey you barely broke even and maybe even lost money.Rent = burning money
Own = making money

I remember seeing Neil Degrasse many many years ago on a documentary on Discovery and thinking this guy will be big one day. He captured my attention instantly.Through disc 1 of Cosmos: a space time odyssey.
Wow

Askrere remember my experience with the dually i found used at guitar center? Same experience. No power fart fest. I wonder if its something in the air down here... Seriously though, thats really weird. Sending it back to the builder to troubleshoot/fix is probably the way to go. That REALLY sucks. Good luck.
No one ever made money renting anything lol. Youve got a point to an extent but at the end of owning you sell and usually make money. At the end of renting you have nada.
Propery is an appreciating asset the majority of the time. Best thing to sink money into.
Unlike gear hahaha.
All went well, doc said I'm good for another 5-10 years.Back in service. Not even going to try and catch up.
Kawai how's your brown eye?
OUCH MY BRAIN HURTS!!! After reading that.
I'd say I have it pretty good as of right now, I'm not in a huge hurry to get out of my parents house trying to milk it as long as I can, but I'd definitely like to be out of this basement within 5 years. Doing things smart and buying all my big boy toys and paying everything off while I have no rent. After that I may look into buying a duplex, renting off the other side and having people pay my mortgage for me.
