Glad you're alright. As long as the other driver has insurance, you really shouldn't be in any worse a position than you were before if the system actually works correctly. I actually made money when someone sideswiped and totaled my Datsun. Careful with them opiates. I got a little crazy when I was on demerol after having my wisdom teeth removed. Tried to OD on the stuff due to GF drama (I was a really dumbass 16 year old).

When I've been given Opiates they give me the sensation my dick is fuzzy and squirming. So I don't drive for sure, but also don't leave the house as I'm constantly absentmindedly grabbing my crotch to try and tame it.

I would at least recommend watching it for the soundtrack. Beck wrote all the songs for the band and Cera actually plays bass.
