Stoner/Doom Bassists Thread, Part 90: Maxed Out

I'll be 30 next month.
Man that Indian food tore me up somethin fierce. I couldn't even clock back in when we got back. Then I clocked in, and went straight back to the bathroom. Jeezum crow.

Nothing like that sweaty nervous drive when you need to make a deposit, when a mile feels like 20.

I thought the mango lassi would help coat the stomach. But I think it had the opposite effect.
I felt my stomach tell me something at the end of plate 2 when I was trying to finish that peas and potato turnover.

I need a nap.

Yeah, that might have been the extra push over the edge. Too much input all at once.

I've never had any stomach trouble from Indian or Thai food, which is kind of surprising. I usually wait to have it at dinner time, then I can order a nice 24oz Indian or Thai beer to go with. Alcohol + extreme spiciness goes well together.

You know you are working hard if you are sweaty and need a nap after filing a bunch of paper work.

Edit: had some homemade lentil and potato curry for lunch, just to get in on the Indian food thread.

S hit... You're old enough to have fathered the majority of this thread....

There is this local Mexican cafe in the back of a super markado where they serve home made tortilla chips covered in roasted pork, verde, and melted cheese for like $4. I have to get someone else to go with me because I dont speak any spanish, and cant order for myself.... :crying:

You don't need to speak Spanish. You just need to hold up your money, point and grunt.

Gotta get in all the exotic food and bbq I can before I move back to Blandville non bbqing ass Ohio.

Nah... just have to be willing to drive to Chicago, the land of every culture and all their food.

Seriously, I bet I think about 3am deliveries from four different places via grub hub on a weekly basis.

Why did I need a pizza, sushi, carnitas, and a donner delivered at 3am? Stoner? Nope. Just a fat kid who spent too much time pulling all nighters.
