How was it? Did you make sure and sit in the front row and say hello to the professor?
Good band practice tonight. Recorded a rough demo of a new ripping track then jammed another one that's in zygote stage. It's maddening sometimes to work on new stuff and almost hear what you want but it's not quite there. The journey, it's all about the journey....
I'm thinking of returning the Ada already...I'm returining the Freeze anyway. It's the best flanger I've ever heard but its still just a $200 Flanger. I can still get full store credit and the place has a lot of pedals, so i might see if I an get somethingS, thats multiple, else.

A fella met me at soundcheck tonight and sold me this 1982 Gibson G3. Been looking for one at a fair price for awhile
No love for an oldie MIJ BF-2? I used one tonight and enjoyed it quite a bit.
It was fine, a little long at four hours, but ok. Instructor is a super dork, but seems nice. Students are a mix of ages from teens to people just a little bit younger than my parents. There's a complainer and a know it all dippoopie that asks stupid questions that he thinks make him sound smart. But you get those in most classes. The rest seem alright.
It's an accelerated course, we meet once a week and do a lot of work online. I like math, and this class should be pretty easy. So no complaints really.
I have one already, sounds great at home but didn't quite cut it with the big rig.
No I think I might pick up a Dr Scientist The Elements if they have one in stock. Ive wanted one of these for awhile now.

I've had a lot of flangers over the years, the best was the old DOD 670 gigantic orange beast with the permanent power cable. BF2 is up there, though.

Hello Doomies. Nothing interesting going on with me. No band. No new gear. No new women. Nuthin.
In other news I can not taste food. Especially anything sweet but everything tastes flat and bland. A spoonful of sugar tastes like sand. It's a side effect of some meds I'm on to clear up toe fungus on one freaking toe, and for that I don't get to taste food. Damn. Stupid toe. And I got 30 more days to go and then however long it takes to get my taste back.

I recommend removing the toe. Sacrificing flavor is unacceptable.
I have a hatchet if you need to borrow one.
Ladies will come back when the fungus goes away, then you'll get your taste back, and be happier and therefore find a band that makes you feel like you need to buy gear.
Also what's man fungus like? It's not like your growing lichen or a mushroom twixt your toes right, Just itchy redness?
so that local cab builder now refuses to do anything but Fitzmaurice cabs. oh well. perhaps I'll just keep cloning my 200S and put together this sweet entwhistle rig.
