I actually really like the Behringer clone of the Boss TP-2. Heard good things about the Joyo tremolo as well.

I actually really like the Behringer clone of the Boss TP-2. Heard good things about the Joyo tremolo as well.
That's what I said until I tried the 4 channel mode on my h4n.
One mic for bass, one for guitar, and the condensers for drums.
Results are pretty good.
Did first day of school drop offs today. First grade and pre school.
I use Danelectro cool cat tremolo. It's super solid, has nice sine wave and square wave as well (but you can't control depth of the square wave... but who uses it anyway?), any tempo between slow and 'so fast you can barely hear it'. It boosts and lights up sound very slightly when engaged, but you won't notice that in a band. It's simple effect, so if you expect anything better sounding than this, you should look for a tube pedal.
And not so innocently forget to cross your legs...
Yesterday was my first day of waiting for the school bus to pick up Micah duty. He was upset because the classroom this year is Super Far from the lunchroom LOL.
There is a lot of talk about the Peavey MiniMega, but I think people should keep their eyes on this amp too.

Has the same power section as the mini mega (1000 watts, 1500 burst). gEq instead of parametric, no Cosmos, and it still has a compressor. For $450, that is a LOT of amp.

The Dano Cool Cat is nice but I liked the Boss TR-2 even better. I think I got one for $45.
Yeah, they kind of glossed over that one when they were showing us product at NAMM. Looks to be a great amp - and I prefer the rackmount chassis to the micro box.
1.5u rack. So this and a RBI, RPM, VT, or PSA in a 3u rack would be killer. (or any other dirt box up front.)

Whew...just finished preproduction on the new album last night. We got the guitars and bass recorded for the drummer and vocalist to work with. Once we tweak and tighten everything up we'll hopefully be recording before the year's out. This new stuff is very metal with a good amount of bluesy stoner stuff but a lot of Pantera, Zombie, and Maiden as well. I am super excited to have something to show you guys in the not-to-distant-but-still-a-little-distant future.
Plus my rig as of late has surprised me quite a bit. I spent sometime with a B3K and while it was good it wasn't the whole package I was looking for. I have been using an MXR M80 in my Berhinger BDI21 and have been getting some great tones. I keep trying to find a single boutique pedal solution but nothing has been better then these two boring off the shelf pedals.

Hate GEQs, have to be subtle with cuts and boosts.
Not for me. Parametric or bust. Although I also prefer rackmount.
