Stoner/Doom Bassists Thread, Part 90: Maxed Out

Well i already have a pair of kappalites and greenboy refuses to build empty boxes so I'm put into a spot where I'm looking for alternative, I didn't hear about these mishaps with his build though, it's certainly changing my mind.

Bring/send you speakers to Dave homer. He should be willing to build around them. He won't send you an unloaded cab though.

I was bad today...

So loud, easily my loudest cab.

Also might be a NAD later too, put a bid down on another Peavey Vulcan.

Very new to stoner rock (and very old). Anyway, do any of you have an internet radio suggestion to get a variety of bands? I'm listening to some Kyuss, Electric Wizard, Sleep etc but there is so much out there! Suggestions are welcome too. Thanks.

We used to have a list of bands at one point, maybe someone still has it.

You can also check out allthatisheavy.com they used to stream tracks and you can browse different bands. Pick a couple and then go to YouTube and follow the rabbit hole.

You guys know Peavey much better than I. How would a Max 112 do for quiet (I know, blasphemous!) practice? Just got a house, and a stipulation was that I would finally be able to practice with an amp instead of headphones. Now the wife says the GK MB200 is too loud! Probably gotta downsize the cab, since it's a 410, but can't find any used GK 110s or 112s in my range. Local GC has a Max 112 in my price, so I'm curious. What do you think? Or do any of you fine gentlemen have a lead on a GK 110/112 Neo for cheap?
