I'm sure there is but I've noticed guitar folks seem to be more 'focused'.
You'd probably do best searching for a forum for the particular brand, or model.
That said, there's a lot of folks on here play guitar too although naturally they're a bit ashamed about it.
It'd be no harm to ask here anyway.

There used to be a TalkGuitar spinoff of TB. It think it might have closed. Back in the old days you could have gone to Harmony Central, but that died. I think the most active guitar forums these days are the brand- or style-specific ones, like TDPRI for telecaster players. They have some subforums for other guitar types but treat it as "off topic."
I would argue this is the place. We have lits of guitarists. And this is by far the cleanest forum I have ever come across. Many of the people here are ridiculously helpful.
Try this. Stick your question(s) in the miscellaneous section and see what happens. I bet you a set of strings you'll get informative and thoughtful answers to your questions.
If they don't belong there, they will be moved to the proper segment and your question will still get answered.
TB hasn't let me down yet. I have probably posted dozens of completely Off Topic threads asking for advice on a whole host of issues.
Be forewarned---most guitar forums out there aren't as civilized or friendly as TB. Those guys can be brutal and downright rude.

Yeah, you'll get habidashery in between the information. But, then again, we do that everywhere.
Guitar Questions:
- How do I get it to be really really loud?
- How do I find more space for really long solos?

Gearslutz.com is an audio engineering forum fyi. Plenty of amazing Info there and some really brilliant engineers.
tdpri.com is listed as a telecaster forum but they seem willing to talk about anything and everything... Some very knowledgable folks over there.
