Customs held her up for a week and three days! She was born July 4, at 9.37 pm. Came in at 10 lbs., 7 oz. She was 21 inches long. Big girl!

What, if at all, would most affect the tone of a bass -- neck, fretboard or body wood?
The speakers. If they do not sound good enough, loud enough, and can not boom enough then nothing else matters.
Why do people obsess about everything with their bass and spend a lot of money on them then only want to spend $500 an an amp and cab?
They assume the best of their basses and the worst of other amps, so they stick with what they know works.
Do you know if MIA Fender bodies and MIM necks are compatible?

I'm guessing because a lot of us think a speaker is a speaker, but individual components of a bass make its sound.
