Hey, Kindof, I think our Fearless Leader meant to post this notes for new members:
It's a 10, 12 and 15 TV series of Fender Bassman amps. I've always been a big fan of the 15 and over the years, I got a hold of the TV10 and now, just today, the TV12. I believe I'll be letting go of the TV15 soon.
These are hybrids with a true Fender tone stack, as I have been told. Have you compared them to full tube Bassmans and, if so how do they compare?
I have not had the pleasure of playing through a Bassman tube head. But when I compared the TV 15 to the new ACB50 tube combo, the TV sounded very similar. Warm, chewy and organic. When I posted comparison sound samples, a few people liked the TV better. Go figure.
The Fender Bassman TV Panel series, 10", 12", 15" & 2x10", are cosmetic and tonal tributes to the seminal 1952 Bassman 1x15" amp, precursor to the venerable '59 Bassman 4x10".
But, make no mistake, these 2009 introduced beauties are seriously modern bass hybrids with a single 12AX7 tube in the preamp, a no-nonsense Class D power amp, ground lift, balanced XLR Out and tuned ports on the back. The 10" & 12" output 150 watts and the 15" & 2 10" output 350 watts! 
Yeah! Not just a pretty face, but seriouly giggable, too!

Those look seriously fun.
No doubt! My 2002 Bassman 150 1x12", very similar to the TV 12, certainly is fun ... to play. Moving is another matter, since the 10" is 38 lb.s, 12" is 44 lb.s, 15" is 61 lb.s and 2x10" is 66 lb.s!

Tone? Great. Weight? Puts the "heavy" in heavy metal. Just one of the reasons I love my new GR Bass AT Cube 500 combo with a single 12" driver. 19.4 lbs (8.8 kg). Super clean tone. And in my small apartment, I can barely get the volume above 8 o'clock (7 is off).

Which is your favorite combo (if any) and why?
I've said it before: if they make a combo (say using their 350 watt head) out of their 2x8 cabinet, I may just have to buy one.
Combo Club's been pretty quiet lately. In my case it's 'cos we're hardly working so not much to talk about.
Had a gig in September with the Benz and the Benz will backline for a 4-band alt-rock fest, including us -- Tobe Fare
