The Combo Club

#2 and I have determined that our good health will be the difference between a happy retirement and one of just surviving.

Plus, ya still gotta believe in ole Santy Clays, SR. GP runs downstairs every Christmas morning looking to see if the Fat Guy left him that Kasino ext cab he’s wanted since the 70s.

One of these years...
JD McPherson's Socks album always gets me in a celebratory mood. This one seems to be appropriate for posting about Christmas in July.

:D

Ya, like eating us...there is a big difference between that and Montezuma's Revenge...

Good point, SR. You’re always thinking how to save us from ourselves.

I’ve got something coming your way tonight. It’s okay. Kinda repetitive, but hey, play to the piece, right? I wasn’t overly creative, but recording-wise, it turned out decent. Be looking for it.

That worm is wriggling on my tongue...:D!

Safe Trip...I'll wave as you drive by Santa Rosa...
We actually went 20 to I-5 to 50,89,88,89,395. Made it to Bridgeport in 9 hours towing the trailer. Had the heater blasting last night in Mendocino, cranked the AC first off in the Bridgeport heat. 5 hrs of tugging the Airstream up those passes, the Hemi got overheated. All good now and pulling out the guitars. Visit Bodi Thursday, then ‘on the road again’ to list wages and beyond....

This is my Rumble 40 which I use at home as a practise amp. My 'main' amplifier these days is a Rumble 100. Hope to have a picture of that soon.

Welcome to TalkBass and to the Combo Club, Richie. @iagtrplyr, AKA Fearless Leader, will be along soon to see if you want to join The Club, which of course you do! In anticipation thereof, here's your official Combo Club Communicator badge to be worn and used just like those you've seen in the Star Trek shows. But, please follow the accompanying instructions. We Don't want any more ... uh, ... "incidents". It provides you access to the Combo Club Clubhouse and all its fine facilities.

All my gas is for pedals right now. Small enough that the wife doesn’t ask questions when they come and easy to ship when I’m ready to sell them.
This week I added the CSIDMAN and traded a Keeley Caverns for the Gold Star. Currently trying to sell the Filter Twin and the Bit Crusher to fund either either a tremolo or an octave pedal.
I'm just now getting into pedals. Love them. Especially my Voice Duplicator. Also my vintage tube for $20.00. I have got to get a Looper next.

I don't use the Subup as an octive pedal. Rather, it just changes my bass sounds so that they are in the guitar range. I do have a octive pedal on my bass board. I don't use it too much and can't recall what brand it is. I got it from a guitar playing in a trade for an Ampeg preamp pedal.

I always love one for playing some Mountain songs. Felix!!!!!!
