I am finally back into owning a Ken Smith bass, it on its way
This bass is a BMT6
Maybe its the pic but I can't tell...
I know the end of the BMT's, some of them had the pointed tail end of the neck like that. But the body wings, at least from the small pic w/ that shadow looks like BSR wings. The lower horn looks longer. I guess its just one of the transitional BMT's...
Either way, its HOT! Post more pix when you get it in your hands please
(my BMT next to 2 BSR's http://www.talkbass.com/forum/f8/ken-smith-club-448644/index2.html#post6162612 )
You know what, I'm not so sure I'm keeping it. I expected it to simply make me forget my Carvin, and that has happened at all. I think maybe my memory of playing them in the past got more an more unrealistic as I saved up to get one. Don't get me wrong, absolutely nothing wrong with it, but I expected a lot more WOW!! for the money I guess.
Mine is a BSR with a BMT neck though, sort of an odd bird in that regard.
