I'm gonna shoot a video with my Krappy soon, hopefully this weekend. It's for the Goatbomb song "I Like Money" which is on our Myspace. It's a crunkcore medley of country songs about liking money, of course, and I'm using the Krappy for the distorted notes in the refrain. That'll be a fun video!

Mine's on the back of the top neck. But it's got a tiny body and three necks, so it might not be representative of the typical Krappy.

I got mine yesterday! Very cool, but not really playable. The neck is pretty bowed and the first fret is pretty much not playable. The upper section on mine is fretless and the string height is pretty high, but without a truss rod I don't really know if there is anything that can be done about it.
But hey, it looks cool!

That brings up an observation: the 1- and 2-string so-called 'Punkbasses' are advertised as no-frills, etc., at a fixed price (a very good price, too). My Twig-3, on the other hand, is very well put-together and has a truss rod, but cost 2x the price of a fretless Punk. In the punkbass photo gallery, some have truss rods, some don't. So it's hard to know what to expect in terms of playability and support (yeah, I've read the manifesto), isn't it?

No complaints, just observations on my part. I guess I really did not know what to expect and probably made some assumptions on my own. No big deal though. Like I said, it looks really cool. I am sure at some point, I will get a good idea as to what to do about it and work it out.
They are very much a no frills bass.

Ouch. Should be possible to steam it and bend it into a better shape, right?

Mine is actually playable, just not precision type. But, I have a custom made 2 string bass just for me! So, yes I can play it, Yes I will have it with me on stage tomorrow night, but no it will not be my main bass.. It is a fun thing to have either way

Here are mine Krappy bass: Tore Anoo One 3str

It took under a month from ordering it to having it here in Norway! And I ordered 2, one for me an one for my friend.

I really like it, it is the bass i use the most theese days, it is new and cool. Can´t wait to play it live, but could take a while, my band are making songs for an LP (and CD aswell) and will not play live for a while.

I guess this make me #20?

Yeah, we were basically thinking a cross of that Robert Palmer video (only even more blatantly fake-looking), plus this Zdravko Colic classic: (or "the red panties video", as the girls referred to it)

One of the other girls was playing it left-handed too in a few shots, too, though.
