Give it a minute as it translates, then you are at the English version of their website.
Then go down the center of their page to the "Guitar & Base" link in the "Web Shop" area.
On the next page you can look to the left at the different manufacturers. Note the Fender Japan link and look at all the great basses not available in the US. This is where I got my 57 replica.

Here is my MIJ Fender 1957 P-Bass replica that I purchased from Ishibashi. I love the thing, sounds great and the maple neck just feels wonderful. And with the anodized pickguard and the chrome pickup cover/bridge cover, it ain't too bad looking either.

They should send you an e-mail with a break down of the price in dollars. And they will tell you there may be a customs fee, though I never saw any extra customs fees with my purchase.
In regards to quality, the first bass Ishibashi sent me was defective. It had small cracks in the finish of the backside of the neck in the area of the skunk stripe, where the two different woods meet up. Via e-mail I informed them of the problem, they asked for some photos via e-mail, then appologized and gave me a FedEx number to ship the bass back to Japan. A new one arrived in its place a couple of weeks later and it was perfect.
Good folks to work with.
On a side note, when I clicked on their Fender link I was dissapointed in their selection. 6 months ago it seemed like they had 12 to 14 different Jazz basses to choose from. They had some nice 60s replica Jazz basses that were awesome looking. Not sure why they aren't carrying as many unique "MIJ" basses.

seriously, multiple people have asked, how do we "join" the fender MIJ club? I just added it to my sig, but others have numbers...
Here is my MIJ family (all from the 80's / early 90's). From left to right - ESP 400 Series, Fender Jazz, Vox Custom,Charvel 575 Deluxe).
The ESP only arrived today! (Ebay purchase) The pickguard is a plastic stick on one, which will have to come off, as will the flats which look as if they have been there since the 80's. Apart from that, and a general clean up this bass is in excellent condition for the year. All my basses have come off Ebay, and so far, each one has been a stonker.

I knew according to the serial number of my bass that it was made in 1982 but i've found out that it was made in may at the end of the month.

I'll Bite, just picked up this used MIJ J for $150. Had to rewire it, including the bridge, but man its a great bass for the money.

As it's an early JV Squier I'd leave the original white on as it's part of the identity of the bass. I've got one too and did get a gold anodized pickguard for it at one point but after taking it to the Bass Centre for a set-up once and watching them cooing over it I decided to go back to the original white one.
that is super cheap.
