Ok...here is mine:

It is not a MIJ, it's a CIJ Fender '62 RI Jazz Fretless:

I have a Fender Geddy Lee too, but I need to take some new pics since I added the Audere preamp and changed the PG.

Oh man I love sunburst Jazz bass without pickguards. I hope fender can make one with frets, instead of fretless. I will buy it for sure !

Here's my early 80's JV Squier. The stock pickups were gone when I got so I put a Seymour Duncan vintage P bass in, and changed the bridge for a Badass because the strings used to jump on the original threaded saddles.

here's my MIJ marcus miller jazz. This weekend we opened up for Porter, baptiste and stoltz (of the funky meters) at a three day camping festival on the oregon coast. They were definitely a tough act to open for. George Porter is one of my and probably some of yours, bigger influences. He's a hell of a nice guy too. We were gonna bust out a cissy strut, but decided it would be in poor taste:rollno: , should probably leave that one to the man! Too bad I didn't get a picture with him too.

haha... i saw that pic at a glance.. and i was like "wow that reminds me of oregon.." and then sure enough.. i see your location... gah i miss that place.. awesome marcus too!

Hey guys, i'm slowly falling in love with the idea of getting a MIJ Jazz Bass, this will be my first real bass (only have a cheap one atm), and i was wondering, what is the difference between an original 1986 MIJ and a MIJ '62 Reissue (serial no:Q062437)? Which is better?
