the NEW bugera 3600 watt amp

ok, so this is apparently a "holy-s***" 3600 watt amp.

i cant tell if this is a tube or a hybrid or a solid state.

i also want to know just how many cabs i could hook this thing up to....




anybody got anything to say on any of these topics?

I think even bassists who use silly ridiculous wattage will agree that this is seriously silly ridiculous wattage. That kind of wattage is for PA's. I've not big into the Behringer by any means, but I've heard that they actually do decent power amps. I doubt I'll be seeing it at any arena shows I do, though

Why would I want a distortion free performance?

I bet it would blow a little 1x8" pretty damn fast. Probably in one note.
