That SVT100 is way cool! Can I join the club? Here are pictures of my Ampeg SVT100 tube head, SVT-410E cab, BXT115 cab, and SVTIIP preamp.

I've always thought the V6B was a cool amp. At the risk of showing my age, I remember when those came out - had my V4B though so I passed on buying one. That one looks to be in super nice shape! The SVT-100 sure is a looker. Almost rivals the V6:

I think it looks like a cool piece of gear. It's a great preamp if you're running a pre/power amp/cab setup, or if you're running an amp/cab live rig, in theory, you could run it as a DI in front of your amp and still be able to send your "Ampeg tone" to FOH.BTW, did anyone hear anything about the new Ampeg SCR-DI pedal or maybe get to check it out at NAMM? It seems pretty cool, almost seems like their version of the Sansamp BDDI. I'm seriously considering pre-ordering one.
That's what it seems like to me, I'm just wondering how well it emulates an Ampeg rigI think it looks like a cool piece of gear. I think it has the Scrambler overdrive from the BA Combos. I too am wondering how good it sounds. That's what it seems like to me, I'm just wondering how well it emulates an Ampeg rig
Ampeg user for more than a decade (some of their gear I've used: SVP-Pro, SVT3, SVT410hlf, SVT810 PF350, PF500, PF115HE). Can I get a number?
LOL! I'm a dope;-)You already have number 979 actually.
It's been awhile since I posted in this thread, that V6B looks great! I saw one for sale locally that was thrashed but the guy said it worked well.
I wanted to ask other SVT owners here if I could be pointed in the right direction in getting a knob for my SVTII NP. Somehow, I am missing one of the knobs with the white dot on it and they seem impossible to find online. I put a black D shaft knob with the white line on it in its place form Fliptops, but the OCD in me would like to find one without having to buy another SVTII head.
If I have to buy another, I would then have to run 2 810's with one and two 215's with the other in apartment....which would be both ear bleeding loud and awesome.
