So, has anyone in the neighborhood played a Reidmar 750 yet? I still haven't seen any come up through my normal US channels, though I see that reverb.com is offering them in the US and Bass Direct in the UK.

Hi everybody. Bought a Reidmar 750 two months ago, had two of the earlier Reidmars but they where to weak, breaking up just when they sound good. More bells and whistles in this one and also a drive knob included that should simulates tube feel, quite good making the sound a little more fat/complex.
Have you ever played a HD350/Gorm or Drome? They all have the same control setup as the Reidmar 750, and my hope was that it's really the same Drive and Compressor circuits in the 750 as in the older designs. They are excellent. I'm currently using a pre-amp/PA rack as backup for my HD350, but if the Reidmar 750 has the same front end, that could change.

I have owned several EBS amps over time since the 90's 350, 650, 360, an early 1x15 combo, Classic Drome combo. I didn't like the EQ change they did on the 360. If they use the exact drive and comp as in the other amps I don't know. I have never compered them side by side

how do i find nice reviews of the neoline 112? i've been searching but i cant find much at all. any comparisons to other 112 cabs like markbass and hartke etc?

I had a pair and they didn't sound as good as I hoped. Too honky imo. Splurged on the SL112 . Night and day. I would check out the New rumble 112 or wait until Jan after NAMM to see all the new stuff that comes out.

P.J. I thought that you'd said you had a pair of the Classicl-line 112s, which are not the same as the Neo-lines the OP was asking about. I use Neoline 212s and I like them a lot, but the 112s have a lot less volume per driver and may or may not sound similar.

We are stocking these. You probably saw the listing on my reverb store.
I got one in and had plans to check it out but it sold before I could unbox it. I will ask the purchaser for his opinions.

Someone asked about the module - I believe it is the newer 700 watt module where claims are made by the manufacturer that they hold the low notes better without compression or early decay. I do hope these claims are true, in general all rumors of the modules themselves points to them being true, but do think a lot of this is dependent on the pre section as well.

Wow - that is an old one! "Efekt Bass System"... Note, there is no "ProLine", as they only HAD one line back then, and the later add-ons "Evolution" "2000" are missing, too. Nice condition, though. By the look of it, it is old enough not to use Eminence drivers... I would guess those tens are Celestions. Port is different, too. While I never heard such a cabinet, chances are it sounds a lot different from the newer ones with "Eminence inside"...

I got one since november. Sounds really good with more heft + drive. The other features I don´t use so I cant comment on that. Very pleased with it.
Cool. Can you comment on the Drive at all? I'm particularly interested in it's character at low, middle and high settings.

Does it do a range of sounds from a tubey thickness to a higher overdrive?

And how is the switching? Can a relative level balance be achieved between clean and drive when switching the drive on and off? TIA.

Regarding the drive in the Reidmar 750 it adds gain/volume so you have to back off your master volume to have the same overall volume when using the Drive. The sound goes from clean to more warm thicker/tubey when you turn clockwise. From 3 o´clock some real distorsion coming in. Since I never use distorsion of any kind I really can´t say what I think of it. I don´t use the Drive at all with my Sire Marcus Miller bass as I want my sound as clean as possible with that bass, with my Alleva or Fodera somewhere between 9-12 most times. I don´t have a footswitch so I can´t comment on that. Hopes this help

Thanks for the feedback. I don't think it'll work for my purposes then because I want to be able to normalize the clean/dirty levels and without an independent level control for the drive then it's not possible.
