i shall present you my first Fender!
I got this Fender Player Series Jazz Bass a couple days ago and I’m loving it.

I never give my instrument a name but as a massive Rush fan i might actually call it “Geddy” 118F7875-6838-4504-8604-FFB1020D3BE5.jpeg

So far my instruments are getting along quite well with the new guy.

  3. Ooo-la-la! Now not that I don't appreciate your artistic photo eye because I really do, I'm going to request some full frontal action on those. :D

20210222_160655.jpg Latest addition. Fender Jaguar copy built from a TFW kit. It's unexpectedly heavy at 9 pounds even, with the strap.
No upgrades yet, I wanted to get it together and see how it played before throwing money at upgrades. After playing it is definitely worthy of upgraded pickups, tuners and probably a high mass bridge.
There are more pics in my "First build" thread.

How do you like that promethazine? I've looked hard at it for a travel practice amp but it looks like I'm buying new if I want one, for full price. Is it worth it?

Oh geez, I just saw what auto correct did there lol. I am hoping to find one to try out first but I guess I'll just take the plunge.
