Ahh, ya know, I've done the Ric twice and sold them both....maybe though again someday. I've got a fretless but this was mostly Leo's 3 creations/companies. I know there is wiggle room though.

I did the Ric thing once. Sold it. No regrets. It played and sounded nice up to the day I sold it, which was a complete fluke. Buyer was over looking at my Valenti and was whining about missing out on a Ric sale. I told him I had one, he wanted to check it out. The normal output jack didn't work (worked fine before! ??) the ric o sound output jack still worked though. He bought it. No 'again someday' for me. I'll stick to my Fenders. Though I do miss the hell out of the Sterling I stupidly let go. Sigh ... :)

Well, in that case, you may need to squeeze in an L1000/2000 ;)
Hmmmm..maybe. You may have a valid point as Leo died in 1991 and had nothing to do with the JB-2. But if I put my Fender Jazz Bass in there, I won't have a G&L era instrument in the Holy Trinity. Gahhh....Now I gotta go get me an L1000. Dang you Movin' Target!
