-Looks like a Squier CV60s Mustang! -My current favorite bass!
Was practicing my bass lesson some with my Mikro yesterday, and thot hey maybe I'll take this with me to my class lesson? -But no, I couldn't do it- I just couldn't let the Stang stand down and it had to go with me!
The Mikro is of course lighter and smaller and as such easier to carry and sling around, but I dunno, probably this is just all in my head, but for me it just doesn't have the presence and that great solid feel of the Mustang! -Now almost every time I play the Mikro I find myself wanting the Mustang instead and switching over fairly quickly...

I don't blame you. I'm having a hard time putting mine down.

My modified '81 L2000e. I got it in 2006 with an '85 neck on it that though playable needed some work so the price was right. The original preamp finally gave up the ghost some years later. I decided to put a Moses neck on it and replace the pre with a modern G&L harness. A little weighty but the bass plays great and those pickups are killer!

Waiting for a G&L neck to come around would've been a very long wait. I went with Moses because they not only made necks for G&L's, they made them for the early years as well so they would mount correctly.
Plus I liked the idea of it being a composite. Thankfully my tech of many years is a wizard and in spite of some glitches in the mounting he got it on with the caution to never take it off. The neck width matched the pocket fine. It was the attachment that got tricky. According to Moses it should have gone smoother, but it was what it was.
I really like it though, comfortable profile, very easy to play and very responsive to the truss rod.

I was recently able to find and purchase a 60's teardrop hard shell case for my Delta IV. These cases are as rare as hens teeth.
