The Pedulla Club!

I still have my first Pedulla that I bought back in '79.

Just got this one from Bass Emporium. I still need to take my own pics of it.

Club rules only say that you have to post a picture of your bass to get a number. They don’t say it has to be one you took yourself.

Hello, friends. I'd like to ask you to give me some pieces of advice. I'm looking for a fretless bass, so I think about Hexabuzz (enough cash) or to save some money for Fbass AC6 or BNF6. Don't really know if I can post it here, but it will be great if you tell me some opinions. Thank you.

Well, obviously I would encourage you to play as many instruments as possible before deciding which one is right for you. This is a very subjective decision, and what might be great for one player, might not be so great for another player. That being said, Michael Pedulla builds some of the best basses out there, and all of the Buzz fretless basses are exceptionally good. Of course, George Furlanetto builds quite a bass, as well. Michael typically coats his fingerboards, so they have a harder, more slick feel (which holds up to wear). Some may view this as a plus or a minus. I like it, myself.

If you have played the Hexabuzz and like it, then I think you'd have little to loose by picking it up. Again, Pedulla's are some of the best basses on the planet.

Oh, I just could listen to them in you-tube, there are no such basses in our city :( So I love both Hexabuzz and Fbass AC6 and BNF6. But still can't find here Hexabuzz with 19 mm string spacing. :(
