Both with Hipshot bridges. 4001 has Seymour Duncan pickups.
 
Guess a Scottish lad living in England who just got back from San Antonio this morning with a Michael Kelly Dragonfly 5 and posting for the first time should show his well travelled, war zone tolerant 1980 4001. Oh soz about the dragonfly but I havent gotten over it yet.:hyper: ricky.jpg

Anyways, has anyone noticed if you play near the Hipshot bridge, that if you hit the G-string kinda hard- it kinda like makes the saddle jerk >_>

I tried it after I read your post, no, I don't have any saddle jerk or movement with my regular picking, so I picked harder just to see, no, I still don't have that jerk or any movement.
