This is what I’m doing, I’ve just simplified my board with this pedal. Just trying to see if there’s a consensus as to what has worked best for people. Its my first SushiBox pedal.
I’m finding that out. It’s like a Swiss Army knife pedal. Currently using it for that sweet, sweet tube grit.
How much redundancy is there with a Finally and a UA?
I have a Finally v2 and Slampegg, love both, but feel that maybe a UA would fill a gap.

Not redundant at all. You could use it as an overdrive on its own, as a boost into the Slampegg, as its own EQ, etc. But definitely not redundant.
I asked Mr. Sushi about this before buying my UA and what I was told is that the UA with the EQ off is “identical on the circuit level” as the Finally. So, if you don’t need the XLR, the UA is the more flexible option.
I've been playing with it in a few spots, and here's my preferences for a few situations:
As an always-on preamp: last, before your amp / cab sim / etc., with the EQ on.
As a distortion or boost: before the preamp, EQ on or off to taste.
As an always-on tubenizer (my current preference): at or near the beginning, EQ off, with a lower-gain tube so it grits but not too much or too easily.
This is what I use it for. I replaced my BassRig SV with the UA and I’m liking it a lot.
I have a Space Heater at the beginning of my chain, which is essentially this. I wanna roll in an AT and AU to see how that works for me.
Finally is the exact same circuit as UA, minus the eq, with added DI and HPF.
I don't see the Finally and UA overlap much as they have a different purpose. Does a hammer make a screwdriver redundant?
I have a UA and SB the sonic character is very different to my ear, I have each to give me choice between the classic sounds they offer, running both is not pleasant to me YMMV. I do pair these up with a Southampton Ictineo for extra sonic polish or a third option. That is followed up by the Finally as the last stage, I apply extra grit once in a while but usually it is just heated up.I keep switching between the two, I feel like I can dial in the AU more easily (max gain + passive P = just right) but I like the character of the AT a little better (and it's better for distortion if I want to crank the gain).

@Sushi Box FX I was in Big Bend and mid far west Texas last week where internet was spotty as was cell service, it's nice to unplug for a week at a time. No More than that though. We didn't turn on the TV at all.

I promise I'll actually do a demo for this, I can't expect everyone to jump on things without hearing what they're like. But yeah, this thing freaking rocks. I was hoping to have these available for sale starting today, but the circuit board manufacturer got delayed so I didn't get the final boards until today. I'm hoping to have these ready to sell this weekend.
I don't have anything official on the website or anything yet, but some quick details: Tarantula Fuzz is a hybrid fuzz using a clean tube stage to push a pair of NOS germanium transistors which then push a tube output stage. It has a ton of gain on tap, or you can roll it back for more of a vintage fuzz feel. It has a switchable noise gate, both for keeping the noise manageable when the gain is up and for opening up some weird synthy gated fuzz tones.
I have a limited number of germanium transistor pairs, so there will only be 60 of these. Price will be $250.

R&D for the Furthermore, Grand Slampegg, and SBVT II ain't cheap.
I know it's the way things are, but in that context it's like the tube is hanging upside down like a sleeping bat
