What a waste.
My wife actually made me take the night off Last night, and I have every other friday off for my day job so I got 9 hours of sleep. Feeling pretty goodLots of irons in the fire with new designs and upgrades and higher production numbers too ! You’re a lucky man Nathan that your wife and kids are also into this “ hobby “ of yours !!!! I think it’s great that you are so accessible and accountable too but none of this would matter much ( outside of your family’s attitude ) if the product wasn’t so good . Keep on keeping on but remember how blessed you are and try and get some sleep some time to recharge the batteries ... Kelly
Hobby, I still have a full time job outside of thisIs it a hobby or a full time job?
6AL5 is dual diode isn't it? I mean it can't amplify, but could be interesting as a clipper? It makes me think - what could/would you do with an 6AL5?

I think my favourite preamp pedal right now is my LU/PA-X. So much so that I might just sell off all of the others. It’s exactly what I’ve been searching for and could easily be an always on pedal for me.the London Underground (minitube, PA tonestack) sounded FABULOUS. Warm, full, punchy, dead simple good tones. It makes me want to get the X version of the same pedal.
Remind me, is this LU with PA tone stack, or vice versa?I think my favourite preamp pedal right now is my LU/PA-X. So much so that I might just sell off all of the others. It’s exactly what I’ve been searching for and could easily be an always on pedal for me.
@Sushi Box FX and the whole gang.... Just sharing a little Sushi love.
I was talking about how last night I got out to our studio and got to play on the big amp for awhile. Experimenting with some different pedals - Always interesting to see how things sound through the amp vs the cab sims and DI's, etc. Was running through the pedal board, into a nice tube DI/Pre and into the return of a class D amp and cab. Experimented with some different pre's on the board running different effects. Once again, the London Underground (minitube, PA tonestack) sounded FABULOUS. Warm, full, punchy, dead simple good tones. It makes me want to get the X version of the same pedal. Looking forward to adding the Westinghouse that is on order for this month.

LU with PA stack, also known as the JohnK LU.Remind me, is this LU with PA tone stack, or vice versa?
You know, I really should have 2 of them. You guys are going to make me cryI'm always happy to help when things aren't going right, but I love hearing about when they are going right.
How much difference does the tonestack makes?LU with PA stack, also known as the JohnK LU.
The biggest difference is giving access to more lows than the stock Orange stack. It doesn't make it a drastically different pedal and you can still mostly dial in the same tones, but you can get a bit more low end than stock. How much difference does the tonestack makes?
The new arrivals with their older cousins. Can't wait to give them some play time!

Nice!
What kind of pedalboard is that?
If you turn up the 'Bassmaster' control on that Teal pedal, does it help your fishing game?
