Honestly, if you are having that many issues with it, send it to BAS and have them service it. Those guys really know their business. I would have brought my V6 there for service, but luckily there is a great guy here locally in Denver that does all my work for me that I can't do.Microbass said:nice set up!

I actually plugged that whole system in once (the rig of doom) and it was pretty incredible.DEVILMAN said:...woah ho ho! Not bad, not bad AT all!

Yep. I still flip the finger to every brown truck that I see. Talk about screwed up... and to add insult to injury, they called me for months afterwards demanding payment of duty and brokerage for the shipment. At least I got that many chances to vent. There's one less great bass amp in the world thanks to that bunch.Jugghaid said:I still have all of them except the Hexavalve. That got smashed and crashed on the way to Oddio in Canada when I sold it to him. What a waste, it was a great amp.
Yup. It's a real waste. Not too many of those left around either.oddio said:Yep. I still flip the finger to every brown truck that I see. I tried to get them to sell it back to either me or Oddio as salvage, but no luck. They ****canned it as far as I know.Psycho Bass Guy said:What happened to the amp afterward? UPS destroyed my VR400, but I resurrected it. If you still have it, I could use my VA350 (same amp) as a guide to rebuild it.
I tried to get them to repair it so Oddio would have the amp instead of his money back, but they wouldn't do it. UPS Canada is really a bunch of idiots. They probably just needed to retube and bias it, but it never even saw a bench to test it out.Psycho Bass Guy said:I had paid extra and had mine insuired for replacement, not actual value, and they paid for repairs, my time and parts, rather than replacement. That sucks!

Do you still have your G&L? or did the warwick take its place?
Phyrexian said:No no, still have the G&L L-2000. The L2K is my main gigging axe. It beats the living **** out of this nice Warwick (that's why it up for sale again). The G&L has such a nice, fuller and more musical sound.
I adore the looks of this Warwick and although it sounds quite super, the G&L still sounds better imho. I'm a G&L man I think. (and Stingray).
Plus I prefer the phat P-neck on the G&L instead of the thinner Warwick neck.
btw. I see that you own a Wooly Mammoth how does it sound on your Mesa 400+?
