Hey, good for you! Did I miss this?: How long will the wait be??
I think the only day I still have trouble with is the OFD day. I sit home all day looking out the window 8000 times.
Nothing. It's more what's happened to me....
Coupla yrs ago I started playing a lot of shows in a Zep tribute. Bongo didn't really fit, and while the Big Al actually did, I felt I really needed to be playing a Jazz. I did, and I kinda got hooked on passive basses. The good folks at MM knew that, so they created this bass to keep me happy
They, of course, didn't know they were making it to keep me happy, but I did and that's all that matters.
Beat me to the tort guard comment. (My favorite look for J bass,tort-on-white).(speaking of Tom PettyWould the wait sound better or feel shorter if you had a tort guard on order? Maybe you could occupy your time arguing with folks here about that, and by the time the thread closed, you'd have the bass.
Looks classy, hope it plays and sounds as good as it looks.

These looked really tempting to me... I can't decide if I want a Caprice or a G&L SB-2....
