I like Kiss, and the Bee Gee’s and the Carpenters, and Gene Krupa, and Concrete Blonde, and April Wine, and a couple others.
But how can that be if Tbirds are the most poopie sounding, over priced, QA deficient, neck diving, headstock popping, fugley looking one trick ponies ever made???
……unless, just maybe….that’s all a myth….perpetuated by ill informed non Tbird players.
I have to say that IMHO this is the most social and nurturing club in all of Talkbass.

Agreed. I’ve been hanging around for more than six years. I couldn’t agree more. The Mesa Club is also a congenial place.
Rumble Club tends to be very helpful too. And getting enabled is less expensive.
Talking about cheap enablers, the Glarry forum takes the cake…until they convince you to change all the hardware, pups, electronics, and strings. Still, turning a $100 bass into a good playing $200 bass isn’t bad.

These are really great sounding basses.
I even like that the neck has graphite rods.
I had one and it’s a great bass to play.
That's exactly 95 times what i paid for my '65 7 or 8 years ago, it looks like the prices HAVE gone up.
