It looks to be in good shape. Not sure what the thing at the nut is. Were I in the market, I’d have it shipped to my local and return it if that’s a problem.I could be just like Marshall!

Same bass player from Supergrass, Mick Quinn, now also plays with Swervedriver.
Yep, we're all from the same time in history. Given our love for Thunderbirds, cars, odd humor, etc., might even be from a gene farm experiment and be related.Maybe Boones Farm or Annie Green Springs?
Only an illusion.Caught up!!
But for how long?

Indeed I do! Jim was kind enough to put his bass up as a patternhe even signed it. I also own one of his stage worn jackets and a Hiwatt DR201 from SLADE's backline. View attachment 4777762 View attachment 4777763 View attachment 4777764

Jim Lea and John Diggins participation in this project was one of the most exciting and gratifying events of my life, a dream come true.Quite possibly the coolest thing ever!
There was a kid I went to high school with who had a white one. The hood chicken was blue, mostly, as I recall. It was memorable. I think his was a '74 with a 455 and 4-speed manual transmission. He destroyed it eventually. So, one less. That's a '74 Firebird.
Sad but very true of a lot of the 60’s and 70’s muscle cars. In just my senior year in high school (1977) several of my classmates totaled their cars. My recollection is a couple of late 1960’s Dodge Chargers with 440 magnum engines, a ‘70 Barracuda (fortunately just a 318 IIRC), a couple of Gen 1 Mustangs, a Camaro SS, an Olds 442 and a ‘68 Stingray roadster (rich bitch, daddy bought her a replacement). Sure would love to have each one of those today (not totaled of course). Of course there were the odd Pinto and Vega and Gremlin cars that bit the dust as well (mostly self destructed), but those I could live without. There was a kid I went to high school with who had a white one. I know it's White Bird Wednesday, but Dano of the Purple Silks asked for a guest appearance. Thanks to @WillyW for his suggestion on pre-bending the strings so they don't snap on the small tuning posts.
P.S. Gregg Rolie has a new album out and it has classic GR sound, including a redo of Look into the Future from the very first Journey album. Sonic Ranch by Gregg Rolie
