New truss rod cover?
The material is relatively cheap and available in thrift stores:Unfortunately? no.....not sure if I have any vinyl albums left
If the one on my Ibanez 5-string will fit, I'll copy it - I might send it off for that though. I was already planning on having one copy of it made when I got the trc copied (2 out of 3 of my Ibanez-es don't have one), so maybe I'll just get two.
But I haven't tried it yet, the opening on the RB800 looks pretty small.......

How does the shape of the Bach compare to the Gibsons? That pickguard shape doesn’t seem to match the bass on the upper bout.

took this bad boy to practice last night where we worked on Cleary’s live arrangement of King Floyd’s “Groove Me”……sheer joy…
The shape of my BaCH is very close to that of my ‘21 NR. The BaCH body is slightly larger though.
Not sure what was going on with that PG on V’s.
Speaking of Veronica, while looking at BaCH threads, I came across this quote from her: “For the $$$ I think they're great basses, I'd never gig with a real '60s Gibson but have no qualms about taking my BaCH's out, the Lull pick upis an easy mod that gives the bass that vintage Gibson growl - Love it!” I wonder if she’ll not gig her 60’s reverse or if she’s going to change her mind now that she has one…

Was looking at some distortion pedal postings over at the Spector club and saw this clip. Watching the first demo (about 1 minute long, you’ll need to go to the very beginning of the YouTube clip to see it) I scratched my head and thought, this is possibly the best demo I’ve seen for stress testing the limits of a B string. Those poor strings are just getting bludgeoned to death as he beats his bass into submission. Sounds good, if that’s the type of distortion you’re after, but I gotta believe his tuning doesn’t hold for more than a couple of songs at that pace.
…overall it’s a pretty good review of different Dark Glass distortion pedals. I just have to look past the players style, which is about polar opposite of mine.
