Thunderbird Club

Disagree. Need a similar stack the other side of the room. You can't play favourites with the neighbours - both sides need to hear you playing.

Well, I'm pretty sure a Mark III through a pair of 15s would be enough for all of my neighbors, and probably all of their neighbors, to hear easily, but I have this for backup......just in case

And, just in case in case, there's always this running off my pf350.....

Pretty sure all the neighbors will be equally annoyed

Also, many do not take meds because they do not like how the meds make them feel. Unfortunately, there is not a lot profit in making new psychiatry drugs because the clinical trials are extraordinarily difficult. As well, the metrics of "adequate dose" tend toward objective measures and ignore how the patient feels; there can be a balance between controlling the crazy and feeling OK, but that is not usually how things are done. As well, courts have (rightly) found that involuntary commitment is contrary to personal freedoms. Because of the nature of the institutions, few will voluntarily commit themselves.
I so want to comment. But the rules here prevent it.

Why do we buy so many amps and cabs and…? Are there just too many good deals out there? I have way more than I can use and I’m in two bands and two different rehearsal spaces to leave equipment at. Along with all the Ampeg amps and cabs I have, I just bought a couple of Orange cabs for my AD200B. I plan to leave one at one studio and use the other when playing out.

Luckily I live in a house and have a garage, so I can use my stuff at a good volume. I can’t imagine having to resist the urge if I was in an apartment!

Some actually do. But few. It all comes down to money.

Amazingly enough, SF doesn't have such a person. I worked for an SF cop who said this - I hoped that maybe he didn't really know if they did or not.

I still say put them outside and on Wednesday at 2:30 PM and crank them up during finals week at the nearby law school.

My main rigs are the SVT VR with the Berg NV 610 and the Mesa TT 800 with the Subway 410. They are at different houses. I’m pretty certain I’m done. But there will be more Thunderbirds to come.

Well, I do have the other Mark III head I could stick on top, once I put it back together....

...or I could stick it on top of the 'fridge.

I think its feet will fit in the little metal dishes? on top better than the Acoustic did
You are amazing. I'd just wet my pants if I saw my amp looking like the Scarecrow in the Wizard of Oz with the straw all over the place.
