It’s from Carnavas, the first full length album, released in July of 2006. I bought iit because my then fourteen year old daughter wanted it for the very popular song Lazy Eye. I liked it and Nikki’s bass playing so much I eventually started playing bass again. Waste It On is in Drop D tuning as are several SSPU songs. And as usual, the key is getting Nikki’s metronome like timing down. The riff at the beginning is carried throughout most of the song.

hand assembled by very skilled (expensive) folks who could read very complicated ass’y instructions/drawings…,.today we use PCBs (notice none here) to simplify/“cheapen”…..the gal/guy putting together the instructions is the real hero imho…

Yep, definitely a Greco. Correct bridge, hard tail and knobs. Bird logo shoved all the way up on the pickguard. Pickup spacing correct. Even the telltale oxidation on the bridge bolts…

I am always impressed with well written instructions/drawings for a technical assembly.

"Water-based fire suppression system" and "data center" should never show up in the same sentence unless it's one like this.

I think we need to be looking more at geothermal heat pumps, although that is just kicking the can down the road.
