I don't have a problem there either, but do call her by other women's names at times. Just because.

Never ever and old GF's name. (That she knows of anyway.;))

My Birds' names are in my sig, or I'd never keep them straight. The one unnamed VP hasn't told their name yet. I'm threatening to name them Aloysius Ebenezer Poquan the 60th. At least at the moment.

interesting, Toronto used to make that claim…
Melbourne has been claiming it for a long time, but I erred 3rd biggest in the world after Athens and Thessaloniki according to:

Greeks of the World || Melbourne | The Greek Online School.

What’s the largest Greek city after Athens and Thessaloniki? Patras? Heraklion? Larisa? Cue to wrong answer buzzer sound. The correct answer is Melbourne!
Melbourne has a Greek community of about 400,000 people, has been holding the title of the 3rd largest Greek city for decades and is justifiably considered as the city with the largest Greek-speaking population outside Greece.

Just a note.
A lot of the migrants from the 50s and 60s wave moved back to Greece once they retired from work and received our pension as the cost of living is/was a lot less there.
Some moved back to Australia, some now do most of the year in one place but go back for extended periods to the other.
A mate is considering doing that soon. Sell up in Sydney and buy a smaller/cheaper place here and put some of the surplus into a place in Greece to live for 6 months of the year.

Haven’t been to Greece in like fifteen years. We had a good time. Real estate on Rhodes for a place on the beach was ridiculously cheap. Like 125k. Woulda, coulda, shoulda. But we were putting two kids through college, so we didn't pursue it. And we had no clue at the time that our daughter would end up going with the airlines for a career. BTW, she will be starting pilot training this year.
