Got mine the last Friday, used it at rehearsal last night, sounded great. I am also very happy with the way it plays, much better than I thought it would.
Has anyone seen those new Epiphone 64 tinderbird bases?
No.
I swear these things just seem to find me.

Got mine a couple days ago! Minimal tweakage made it a fine player...scheduled a rehearsal to try it out in all it's bell-bottom flapping glory. VERY excited. The last one I had ('89/90?) had lead weighs shoved in a cavity and was almost impossible to play, this one balances nicely (I am better balanced, too) and rings like a bell. Looking forward to the first gig with it...all hailView attachment 5384905 the "Silver Machine"!!!

I like it but like you I think it would look better with a black hs face (with red border/perimeter) -![]()
Gonna seem weird not making a Banzai Road Trip to Hollister this summer!

Assuming one winding averages 4” around, that’s 8,333 ft. If a winding averages 5”, that’s 10,417 feet. So almost 1.6 miles to almost 2 miles (or from 17,112 1/7 femters to 6 pickles in metric).I read there's 25,000 wraps of wire...I wonder how long that actually is and no I'm not unwinding mine to find out! Ha!
My most dangerous years were a lot younger. Fortunately I got away from that lifestyle.I’m long past 27, and 44, but I will say it’s notable that when I was 27, and +/- a year, that was the time when things in SF we’re awesome, ‘92 through’95 or so, and I was having WAY too much “fun”. But I lived through it.
Just do it!Gonna seem weird not making a Banzai Road Trip to Hollister this summer!

I have a couple of mudbuckers. They fill the cover, but the cover on yours is bigger. So, a real mudbucker would be that actual size? Sidewinder? So, just making a single coil to look like a mudbucker externally? Might explain why it doesn't sound muddy, just very lows oriented.
Yes, and we sent a review in your name to Epiphone.Too lazy to look.
Have these been discussed...

All it says is:
Classic eye-catching, auto-inspired custom colors. And that it's Gloss.
?Seriously. Just use F1.
Which says absolutely nothing useful. I guess we just have to wait until one of those chooses somebody we can ask.
