Thunderbird Club

According to the songwriter it was about loneliness- a malady a believe that is quite common for creative folks/
I think I have the vinyl album. I’m still sorting and organizing. Here’s what is in the loft at the mountain place. I’m almost out of room here. That record is likely at the other place. Still a considerable amount of vinyl to move up. And my wife’s CDs.

Cheers V! I’m enjoying a day of leisure too. It got way hot to work outside so I’m heading to the basement to straighten things up and enjoy some shed time with the SVT rig. Probably the shorty, the ‘13 NR and the Epi Blackbird.
What is this “way too hot”? I rode my bike 22 miles when it got into the low 90s today.

Thing is. They all weren’t heavy.
But yeah, the heavy ones didn’t fly out the door.
For me. As far as most bass companies go.
They all have their duds. In all years.
As an ex-saxist, where every finger presses a key, I need frets. Playing by position doesn't 'cut it' for me.

I respect your opinion (and I truly do), but as a writer who has often read between the lines, I have the need to play between them. Besides I started off with the cello which has no frets. Btw, what about those woodwind slurs?

Thank you! We love it.

Pine Mountain Club. In Las Padres National Forest at the foot of Mt. Pinos. Southwest corner of Kern County adjacent to Ventura and Santa Barbara Counties.

Our community has been in the national and international news because of bear break-ins the last month. NBC did a Sunday Nightly News feature a few weeks ago. There was a French TV special about it. 2400 residences. We’re at about 70 incidents since April first. There are so many stupid people from L.A. who own here and have no clue about taking proper precautions. It’s maddening. And the Forest Service and California Department of Wildlife are totally underfunded and under staffed to deal with it. It’s primarily due to the previous drought, bears coming out of their natural habitat looking for food and learning how to find it in homes, and people who don’t understand how to secure their properties. I’m still working to bear proof our place.
