Random thought as I’m happily flipping a few discs. The Talking Heads were great. And Tina was the perfect bassist for the music.

Yep. I have found a lot of diverse tones with my Mesa TT800, Mesa M6 Carbine, and SVT VR. I can stop searching. Doesn’t mean I will, but I’m a very happy camper as it currently stands.Have owned Acoustic, SWR, Ampeg, TC Electronics and Ashdown. It's really the best of worlds that we all have so many choices to choose from.![]()

I get it.Yeah. I accept both facts. But I enjoy being obnoxious at times. It helps lighten the curse of always being right.
I’m laughing. I hope you are too…
Not bad! Now if they only made a Fretless version-

Thanks Geo.I personally avoid/ignore obnoxious people, so that means I've never considered you obnoxious Marshall.![]()
Unless you’re Willy.T-bird and fretless are not commonly in the same sentence.
Unless you’re Willy.
A neck shaped like V. Right up Frank’s alley. If it was a hard V, it would be my idea of pretty great. I like V shaped necks. One more thing I do wrong.
Like I said, hard V.A neck shaped like V. Right up Frank’s alley.
I refrained from an AHEM the first time, but…Like I said, hard V.

One of my favorite songs / albums / bands.
hence the name of my White ‘Bird.
Have you tried Antique Radio Supply ( Invalid Link Removed )?I am looking for a couple of pots and seem to be getting the run around from the normal sources. What I am looking for are CTS (or equivalent quality) 250k, linear taper, solid (long - 3/4") shaft. Allparts keeps sending me links to split shaft, Sweetwater said they don't have anything like that, the CTS website is difficult to search...
Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
We stay at them on occasion, so if they don’t exist, who’s taking our money?Hmm. OK, I never claimed to have any class, and I didn't like my SVT. I've also never stayed in a Holiday Inn Express(do those still exist?).
And I've never held a P bass.
