Naw, man. The pedal found the job too easy and took a smoke break because it had nothing to do!I tried a talent pedal once. It started smoking.... Took that as a "no, can't help."

About 10 years ago they made a pretty faithful reissue of the old 1950’s XKSS. Came out great. I would love to have or even just drive one, but really wish it had a LHD option.
Here’s the release clip, ya gotta watch the two minute video with the volume all the way up…

Did they find NOS Prince of Darkness electronics, or did they have to get Lucas to recreate them, complete with period-correct failure rates?Love that Jag! Made back when cars were as much an artistic statement as a performance statement.

If anybody is in Helsinki tomorrow I'll be playing with Avaruusasema at Bar Loose.
Thanks for asking! It went very well indeed. I forgot my synthesizer stand but 4 empty beer crates and a black cloth solved the problem. How was your gig at Bar Loose last Thursday? Unfortunately I was out of town that day, so could not come over to listen and for a chat. Hopefully we can meet next time you're in my neighborhood![]()
Is that shot in CA?Love that Jag! Made back when cars were as much an artistic statement as a performance statement.

I assume so since the launch was in LA. Parts of the shoot look like The PCH between Malibu and Magoo. The canyon road looks like the Deer Creek and Mulholland area, great twisty roads there. Is that shot in CA?
As I've mentioned in the past, I knew the QC manager for Lucas Electrical. Colin Tearney was his name and I'm sure he got quite tired of the jokes. Kind of like sheep noises when passing a Welshman's desk.Did they find NOS Prince of Darkness electronics, or did they have to get Lucas to recreate them, complete with period-correct failure rates?
