Not to dwell on the age thing, but I turned 58 on6/29. I have loved every minute of being a bass player. I have had some highs and deepest lows. My love of music and bass have always been a constant. It has lead me to some good life decisions others questionable. I would not change a thing. It's funny at this point in my life bass is as big if not bigger than I was young. My Who tribute is going well and the Fleetwood Mac tribute I joined is touring nationally, at 58 who knew that you could still do this? Sorry for rambling, just so very happy to have picked up the bass and that in this forum we can share our love for the instrument.
