Your beater-stick is cool. Just may turn my Epi into one. If I can't swing a build. Might try for a used white classic pro. And put the bridge p'up in the neck position. Just a thought right now.

Yeah, of course the songs will change some as time goes by, but Slayer is never gonna have a change like And Justice for All to Load and Reload. It's still gonna be another Slayer thrash record.

As much of a Slayer fan as I am I will be the first to admit they should have called it quits a few albums ago and left gracefully when they had the chance.

On my ‘Bird and my Drake, I think of the bridge pickup as a tone control. The Drake often needs the bridge pickup. The ‘Bird just kinda depends

Haha! I am tempted to bring both cabs, though I already know the answer. TWO 1822’s. That’s the big boy rig. Sadly, I just have one at the moment, due to a touring buddy in need. Gotta help your friends on the road!

Haha! I am tempted to bring both cabs, though I already know the answer. TWO 1822’s. That’s the big boy rig. Sadly, I just have one at the moment, due to a touring buddy in need. Gotta help your friends on the road!

Some of us don't learn. I had a '54 Triumph, a '65 Mini Cooper S, and a '72 MGBGT. If I could get my hands on another TR-2, I would happily subject myself to the Prince of Darkness, SU carbs, a top that blows off at any speed beyond walking, and everything else. My TR-2 wast the perfect car, flaws and all. Its simplicity is probably why I ride th motorcycle all the time now.

I'm a Mopar guy, but the I've always thought that the TR-6 is a cool little car.

I do like it when you use my femme nom de plume. Yes, I've left the stock strings on the VP for the time being. It's been interesting getting "dialed in", alone, upstairs in the practice room I can easily get really nice tones at several different settings, however, when I play through the show rig downstairs with the band I haven't been quite as happy with how it's sitting in the mix. I spent a couple hours with it yesterday and I think I have something good to try with the band at Monday's rehearsal.
